Real estate is the fundamental springboard of continuous urban development.
Identifying sites that have more growth potential than an average location is the starting point for each successful neighbourhood development project. One basic requirement is the ability and willingness to initiate and realise the planning and implementation steps compatible with the region and neighbourhoods. Another requirement is to involve the responsible participation of decision makers and majorities.
Each best-value development calls for a clear, open, goal-orientated and robust dialogue with all stakeholders during every stage, from the initial idea right up to its implementation.
These are the criteria for my neighbourhood and site development projects.
